How to file a takedown notice
Email your notice to capcutproget@gmail.com with all of the following:
- Your full name and contact information (address, phone, email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list).
- The exact URL(s) on capcutapk.id where the infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
- Valid notices are reviewed promptly; infringing material is removed or disabled, typically within 48–72 hours.
- If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same details plus your consent to jurisdiction; we will restore material as the law requires.
